We don't have a tool allowance but:
1) Employees can charge personal items to the company at the wholesale houses that the company buys from. We take the cost out of their check. They get our "discount".
2) We have a safety incentive program called Safety Bucks. Employees use the bucks they earn to pay for what they buy at the wholesale houses.

If your company employs an automobile/equipment mechanic, do you provide an annual tool allowance? If so, what is the amount?

Thanks in advance,
