We are starting to look into how we can formally offer Spanish speaking
support to our customers. So far we have been winging it with a couple
of our Spanish speaking employees. I know there are many variables to
consider. It is an extra challenge for us because we have numerous
departments that use varying methods for interaction with the customer.
Input from anyone who has gone through this process would be
appreciated.
Thanks,
Russ Curry
