[IASHRM] Data Warehouse Info Requested

Hello, our company is in the process of building a data warehouse.  I am
curious for those companies that also have a data warehouse if you include your
HRIS information in the data warehouse or if that is still maintained
separately.  Our IT department ensures they can provide security access for the
HR information.  If you still maintain it separately, what were the main
reasons you chose not to include HR information in the data warehouse?  Some of
the information we will possible include are:

-payroll information
-benefit information
-applicant tracking information
-performance information
