[IASHRM] On-Call Pay for IT

We are about to bring our own network in-house (we currently used the
services of a local hospital). We are an 30 physician office practice,
our IT depart will consist of two individuals who will work M-F 8-5 and
a third who will process reports and back up the system during the
evening/night part-time.  If you are willing to share we'd appreciate
knowing how your organization works/compensates on-call pay for IT
personnel who have to cover after hours problems.  For us that will be
one of two people who just worked a full day.  Also, if you have a
computer operator type person who processes and backs up the system,
what kind of a pay scale are they on?
