[IASHRM] Career Pathing Database

Good Morning, 

I am currently working on creating a Career Path Database in Excel that
will track employees that want to move into other areas of the
organization and what their career aspirations are so we can begin to
have career development conversations. This is our first stab at
creating this type of tool, and I would welcome any advice and/or
pointers from anyone else that has done something similar. I currently
have a list of all employees, their current title and dept, whether they
indicated on their performance review that they were interested in
pursuing other opportunities, and what dept/position they are interested
in. I want this database to be very user friendly and to house any data
I would need to track career development.
