Subject: [IASHRM] Work Opportunity Tax Credit
I am seeking responses from companies similar to Casey's General Stores who
participate in the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Welfare to Work
(WTW) programs. If your company participates in these programs, I am
curious at what stage of the hiring process you require the applicant to
complete the required 8850 form. Do you require it at the application
stage, the interview stage, or after the candidate is hired?
Any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
