Human Resources Manager


Location - Western Iowa


Our client, located in Western Iowa, has an exciting opportunity for a Human
Resources Manager to support their national Sales and Marketing staff.  This
position has significant corporate exposure and is available as a result of
internal promotion.  In this position you will play a key role in developing
and implementing Human Resource policies including recruiting, training,
compensation, employee relations and related activities.  You will lead the
administration of the company communication plan and promotion of community
relations within corporate, and also function as an expert on HR laws,
regulations and developments.  10-25% travel. 

Qualifications:

BA/BS and 5+ years in a Generalist role.  PHR/SPHR preferred.


Compensation:


$60-70K and 10% target bonus. Excellent benefits.
