[IASHRM] Reimbursement for Interview

Hello,
 
I have had a request for an applicant to be reimbursed mileage for coming to an interview.  The position is for a warehouse supervisor and the applicant will have to drive about 200 miles one-way.  I have never had this request and was just wondering what policies you have out there for reimbursement for applicants.
