HRIS Manager


 

This position will provide information system support for all functional
areas within HR. Responsibilities include maintaining and generating reports
and ensuring efficiency and accuracy; assist in managing HRIS upgrades,
customizations and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible
for general system administration; coordination of system enhancements and
changes; report generation, system training as a first-line resource,
ensuring the integrity of the system, and assisting in solving problems.
They will also oversee day-to-day usage and implementation of additional
modules of our Ultimate Software system. 

  

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of seven
years of HR experience, including at least five years experience in working
with Human Resource Information Systems.  Strong analytical and
communications skills needed.
