to support that growth. We are seeking well-qualified candidates for the
following HR positions:

 

Compensation and Benefits Manager

This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
monitoring all company benefit and compensation programs. Primarily
responsible for evaluating current programs effectiveness and
competitiveness and making recommendations for improving current systems.
Benefit-related responsibilities include benefit plan design, maintaining
vendor relationships, tracking benefit costs on an on-going basis; directing
FMLA management, and providing guidance to managers regarding ADA/FMLA
management. Compensation-related responsibilities include: compensation
design, tracking and reporting, salary administration, and job evaluation. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least five years
progressive experience in compensation and benefits. PHR/SPHR and CCP/CBP
certifications preferred.
