[IASHRM] Vacation sell-back policy and sick/vacation donation policy

We are considering establishing a vacation sell-back policy and a
sick/vacation donation policy for employees. Does anyone have
information on the IRS regulations that govern these types of policies?
If yes, would you please provide me with a reference point?
