[IASHRM] Wellness Programs

Hello,

Does anyone administer a "Points Tracking System" as part of their 
wellness program?  For example, a point system is set up for different 
wellness activities, such as drinking water, exercising, etc.  After a 
certain number of points are accumulated, it can be redeemed for prizes.

If so, would you be willing to share your structure?
