[IASHRM] conversion of sick leave to vacation

We are looking into a program where we would allow employees to convert
sick leave to vacation.  Something like 12 hours of sick leave to 3
hours vacation.  Does anyone have a similar program?  What are the pros
and cons?  How does your program work?  Are you willing to share the
