[IASHRM] Retention of Form I-9

Does anyone retain their I-9 forms electronically?  My understanding is
that original forms may be requested for inspection by the Bureau of
Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Labor, and/or the
Justice Department's Office of Special Counsel for Unfair
Immigration-Related Employment Practices.  

 

If anyone has a best-practice solution, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
