[IASHRM] Facilitation Skills Training

We have worked closely with the facilitator below.  I have taken facilitation classes from Deb and we have sent many of our staff to her classes as well. She is able to develop facilitation training to meet the needs of the audience and has presented facilitator training throughout the United States. Does anybody know of a local (Iowa or surrounding state) trainer/company
that they would recommend for advanced facilitation skills training? 

I'm looking for a one-day class for approximately 12-15 people.
