[IASHRM] Sick Leave & STD

[Lori Herrstrom]

We are currently looking at our sick leave and short term disability
policies and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share theirs
or give any ideas or thoughts on this?  Is the STD self-funded or
purchased from an outside company?  What percentage does the employee
get paid if out on STD?
