[IASHRM] Vacation Pay

Lori, we have employees who worked different length shifts due to
certain client requirements, and we specify in our vacation policy how
many vacation hours will be paid at a time.  Our current policy is 8
hours, so it does affect those working different length shifts a bit,
but to do so otherwise would be just to difficult.  Thanks.
