[IASHRM] Drug testing

Hello, we currently utilize a local vendor to conduct our drug screens
and are looking to bring this in-house due to time constraints.  Does
anyone currently conduct drug tests in-house?  If so, what was your
incentive?  Do you recommend a vendor?  How is the process working (how
does this work in regards to an MRO)?   Any information is appreciated.
