[IASHRM] Drug testing

They make a test stick that you have the employee urinate on. If it's
negative, they pass the test, if it show's positive, then you send them to
the clinic. It works as a screening tool, not a confirmatory test. I would
spend some time to make sure you are following all the rules regarding
in-house testing if you choose to go that route.

Hello, we currently utilize a local vendor to conduct our drug screens and
are looking to bring this in-house due to time constraints. Does anyone
currently conduct drug tests in-house? If so, what was your incentive? Do
you recommend a vendor? How is the process working (how does this work in
regards to an MRO)? Any information is appreciated. Thank you!!!
