[IASHRM] workers comp - 3 days lost time

Regarding workers compensation- If an employee is injured and has lost time of 3 days or less, does your business compensate that employee for that lost time, or is it your policy that the employee must use sick leave, paid-time-off, or leave without pay for that time?
