Any amount of time lost due to on the job injury is either the company's loss
or turn it over to the insurance for disposition.
You have to be careful when charging an employee with the time if it is an on
the job injury.
If an employee volunteers to use sick/leave time you may have another type of
problem with that employee.
Whatever you do make sure the same policy is used for everyone.
