We implemented a spousal carve out this year.  If an employee's spouse
has eligibility for insurance with their company, they can only be on
our plan if they pay a higher premium.  We used the full cost difference
between employee and employee+1 rates.  The higher cost persuaded 74
spouses off our plan, which should reduce our claims.  We won't know how
much until the year is further along.
