[IASHRM] training seminars

Can anyone offer me  good resources for external training classes/day seminars such as "Effective Communication", "Empathic Listening" - in other words, the "soft skills" for employees.

I would also be interested in availability of more in depth classes that would help in specific skill areas such as business/finance "101", etc...
