Is it legal for an employee to voluntarily bank hours to be used for
hours worked in another week?

Scenario: 22/23 Dec employee wants time off
	No vacation hours remaining
	No sick hours remaining

May an employee work 2 Saturdays in November to be used for the 2 days
in December?

I have employees in both IA and ILL.
