Ms. Young, could I suggest that you attend one of the CISHRM Diversity Committee meetings. By attending, you'll have an opportunity to sit across the table with people addressing the issue of diversity recruiting every day. Also, this committee is planning its third diversity recruitment fair. This would be an excellent opportunity to meet an number of the advocacy organizations that you may be trying to recruit from.
I don't know when the next meeting is but Jerry Tormey is the chair and, I'm sure, would be pleased to provide that information to you.
