After a survey was completed in our building it became evident to our 
supervisors that communication, organization and leadership were clear 
problem areas. I have been asked by our CEO to find seminars/trainings 
that would help him and other supervisors to improve these aspects in 
our building. Does anyone have suggestions of seminars/trainings that 
were helpful or ones to stay away from?
