Brief Description of Organization:

Wells' Dairy, Inc. is the largest family-owned and managed dairy processor
in the United States.  As the world's largest manufacturer of ice cream in
one location, Wells' Dairy, inc. has made Le Mars, Iowa the "Ice Cream
Capital of the World."  Blue Bunny branded products are distributed across
the United States and in many foreign countries. 

 

Brief Job Description:

Specific to Plant Operations and Evening Shift, this professional fulfills
general human resource functions including internal staffing, compensation,
benefits, and training, along with developing and implementing human
resource policies and procedures.  This professional will have to ensure
that the needs of their area's night and weekend shifts are met.  

 

Other responsibilities include employee relations, labor relations, safety,
personnel research, and special projects.  This professional must have
strong experience in employee relations.

 

Job Requirements:

BS Degree is strongly preferred with 2+ year's experience. PHR or SPHR is
preferred. Bi-lingual preferred.
