[IASHRM] Drug Testing Policy and Procedure

          Currently we only conduct pre-employment drug screening.  We
are looking at starting random drug testing and/or for cause drug
testing.   

	 
	Is anyone willing to share your current drug testing policy and
procedures?  Does anyone know if this question has come up in the
past...could you refer me to the month/year to reference in the archives
at www.iashrm.org?
