Experience:  Five to seven years of Human Resources experience to include
progressive employee relations, workforce planning, organization development
and benefits and compensation.  Prior health care experience preferred.

 

Education:  Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field is highly
preferred. Candidates without a Bachelors Degree must possess 5-7 years of
related experience to be considered for the position. PHR or SPHR preferred.
