[IASHRM] Employee Celebration

A client has been hosting an annual employee celebration for several years.  
It traditionally has been a BBQ, with fun games for the children, socializing 
for the adults.  Employees can invite family members and guests to attend at 
no charge.  Drawings for various prizes take place.  Employees are honored 
based on service years.  The event runs from Noon into the early evening.
 
They are looking for new ideas for this upcoming year.  I indicated I would 
ask those members of IA SHRM if they would be willing to share what they do to 
honor employees.
