Operations Director - Total Rewards/Compensation

 

Alegent Health, located in the Omaha, NE/Council Bluffs, IA metropolitan
area, is seeking an Operations Director for the strategic management of the
system compensation function.  Responsibilities include developing,
evaluating and executing compensation programs consistent with Alegent
Health's compensation philosophy and business strategy and the projection of
trends in order to address market equity and competitive salary concerns.
In addition, this position will oversee job descriptions, salary surveys,
job analysis and the performance appraisal process.

Experience:  A minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience, five years
of which must be specific to compensation.

 

Education:  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related
field is required.
