Human Resource Manager Position in Iowa

 

I am representing a large multi-national company that is seeking to fill the
position of Human Resource Manager for one of their facilities in Iowa. This
facility employees approximately 375 people.

 

The Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for implementing HR
programs, policies and systems to attract, motivate develop and retain
talented employees.  The successful candidate will provide strong leadership
and will drive the HR function as a

proactive, employee focused department.  

 

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about HR and has 2 to 5 years of solid
hands on HR Management experience in a manufacturing environment.  Four-year
degree is a must for this position.  Preference is to hold this degree in HR
or business.  Masters Degree is a plus.  Demonstrated ability to work in a
team environment supported by excellent oral and written communication
skills are key to being a successful candidate for this position.
