[IASHRM] 2008 Salary Increases

We have a 4% budget but are giving 2.5% at the beginning of 2008 as a COLA
increase and leaving the 1.5% budget for merit at evaluation time.

Ours is 3.75% as a target with performance dictating if an employee gets
above or below that percentage.

Good Afternoon all,

We are trying to establish what our merit increase for 2008 will be.   We
have a national number of 3.5 to 4.0 % of salary.

I am wondering if any of you would be willing to share your plans for 2008?
