I would recommend my dear colleague and Title III and ESL expert, Dr.
Jeanne Angel.  She coordinates services for over 700 ELLs in Waterloo
schools, is bilingual and married to a man from Venezuela.  She is
authoritative and well-rounded in her knowledge of Waterloo's diverse
populations and would be a compassionate and memorable panelist.  I have
communicated with her and she expressed her willingness to speak at a
possible upcoming panel.  She can be contacted through Waterloo Schools at
angelj at waterloo.k12.ia.us.
