Guides departments in their equal employment opportunity efforts; recommends
strategies for effective and diversity-minded recruitment; enforces hiring
policies, maintains documentation and compiles reports; and assists with
special projects such as self audits, training, outreach, diversity, policy
development, and process improvement initiatives.  Bachelor's degree plus at
least one year of experience in employment, diversity programming or related
field required.  Student experience will be considered.  Excellent
communication skills required; experience with equal opportunity,
affirmative action, diversity, and higher education preferred.  Application
