[IASHRM] AED program

I am looking into purchasing an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
for our corporate offices.  Initial research tells me there is a variety
of machines to choose from and there may be some state laws involved
with registering the device and proof of training.  If anyone has gone
through this process and can provide information and/or advice I'd
greatly appreciate it.
