[IASHRM] Question for members

Does anyone have experience with Bob Gerberg (THE ITS PROFESSIONAL JOB CHANGING SYSTEM) his company known as ITS [7979 East Tufts Avenue Parkway, Suite 1400, Denver, CO 80237], www.usajobmarket.com, EMS, and JMAC.  
   
  Other principles are:  Bob Gerberg Jr., Drue Pollon, and Mike Egan.  
   
  How much do they charge for their services to the candidate?  How efffective are they?  Do you recommend them?
   
  They claim to represent senior managers in the $$125,000 to 3mm price range and  claim they will produce hot leads to interviews in 90 days that come from the "hidden" job market. I am in need of personal insight and or advice with regards to this service -- or others that are effective.
