[IASHRM] Benefits as a % of Total Wages

Can anyone share with me what their company's "Benefits as % of Wages" number is?  This would include all benefits (expenses portion paid by the company), including social security & unemployment taxes, workers compensation insurance - divided by total wages.  Thanks.
