About the Opportunity


*Candidate must be open to relocate to other Midwest plant locations in 2-3
years.  This position is a career development opportunity for someone
looking to be a HR Plant manager.  Ideally seeking an individual who has HR
generalist experience in a heavy manufacturing setting with background in
labor relations.  

 


Qualifications


*         Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business
Administration, or Organizational Behavior, or equivalent work experience of
minimum 6 yrs Human Resources experience in sourcing, screening,
interviewing, negotiating with candidates, including onboarding and
releasing of employees.

*         Minimum of two 3+ years experience in personnel administration,
compensation, benefits, employee relations, design and implementation of
training and/or staffing, or a related Master's Degree.

*         Working knowledge of statistical analysis. Good written and verbal
communication skills. Demonstrated ability to use a PC.

 

Serves as a member of the Burlington Human Resource team. Counsels and
advises employees and management on Human Resource benefits and programs.
Designs, develops and conducts cultural, management and technical training
programs. Coordinates budgets.
