Position: HR Generalist

Location: Eastern Iowa

 

Description: This is a new position with an industry leader in this NE Iowa
facility. Emphasis will be on employee/labor relations, but duties will also
include assistance with benefits administration, compensation planning,
recruiting, performance management, special projects, etc. Candidates must
have a BA/BS and 4+years of HR experience in manufacturing. Union experience
is a plus, but not required. This is a great career opportunity to
gain/expand your experience in an organized labor environment under the
direction of a seasoned HR VP!  

Compensation and Benefits: $50-70K with outstanding benefits.
