[IASHRM] Collections Training

Hey, I am looking for recommendations for collections training.  We have
outside sales reps that are responsible for some collections.  Key areas
I am looking for is the customer/rep communication.  What questions do
we ask and strategies over phone or in person to collect.  Anyone ideas
