[IASHRM] Attendance/Absenteeism Policies

I have been asked to draft a policy regarding attendance and
absenteeism.  If you have such a policy that address attendance,
specifically missing work, the number of times for approved or
unapproved absences, the consequences for absences/poor attendance -
would you be willing to share?  I appreciated your help!
