Brief job Description:
Specific to Sales and Marketing departments, this senior professional fulfills general human resource functions including internal staffing, compensation, benefits, and training, along with developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures.  This professional will have to ensure that the needs of their area’s night and weekend shifts are met.  

Other responsibilities include employee relations, labor relations, safety, personnel research, and special projects.  This professional must have strong experience in employee relations.

Job Requirements:

BS Degree is strongly preferred with 3+ year’s experience. PHR or SPHR is preferred.
