Hey Julie! We have transferred several L1-As to our company. However,
these were all current employees moving from one country location and
work status to the US. I would be happy to talk about our process with
you if you want to give me a call.
I don't believe the L1 is an option for people that are not already on
the payroll. That may require and H1-B or TN Visa. However, your best
bet is an immigration attorney. We use Barten Law Office in Ames, JoAnn
Barten has done a great job for us and is handling all our immigration
work. I have attached her card.
