[IASHRM] Minimum Wage

How is the minimum wage increase going to impact your current wage
structure?  Are you looking at giving everyone a wage increase across
the board, or will you only increase the wages for those that are under
$7.25 an hour?  If your employee is currently making less than $7.25
will you bring their wages above the minimum wage requirement or just up
to the minimum wage requirement?  Ideas on how your company plans on
approaching this matter would be appreciated.
