[IASHRM] New Employee Orientation/Benefit Enrollment

Do any of your organizations have a process that simplifies the
on-boarding (new employee orientation / benefit enrollment) of your new
employees? I am aware that some vendors such as ADP offer these
administrative services. I would like to know if you have had any
experience with these vendors of if you have an employee self service
program that you utilize. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly
appreciated
