Consults with HCR Manor Care personnel to define need or problem, conducts
studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or
recommend solution, utilizing knowledge of theory and principles of human
resource management/labor/employee relations. Provides expert advice and
counsel in human resource activities including labor relations.

Six to ten years human resource experience. Travel 90%

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required. Emphasis in human resource management preferred.
