[IASHRM] Parking Benefit

I am interested in receiving information regarding the Downtown Des Moines locations that offer any kind of paid parking benefit to their employees.  What amount do you subsidize, how long do they have to be with the Company to qualify for this benefit, etc.
 
Any information would be extremely helpful.
