[IASHRM] (no subject)

[Heather Harrison]

I am the first HR person in a quickly growing company. I am having 
trouble getting a variety of policies is place and more or less breaking 
old habits from the top. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any good 
resources of consequences? I think that may be what it will come down to.
