[IASHRM] Short Term Disability Policy

Hy-Vee short term disability in a nut shell:  pays 1st day of injury;
8th day of illness; up to 13 weeks; employees can re-qualify if RTW 1
week/40 hours; outside vendor Matrix Absence Management manages claims
(intake, processing, verification, pay-outs etc) and our internal
department manages the leave of absence itself and related benefit
issues; cost for employees is roughly $1 per week; benefit pays 70% of
current wage up to maximum of $600 per week.
